We reached out to I-HT among other Installers in the area, within a couple of hours they had made contact and arranged to visit to provide a quote within the same day. The quote was sent quickly and competitively priced. Lee who visited was very friendly and helpful and provided a good insight into what could be done and how with regards to our property. On install day we had 2 of their team pop out to complete the install and I can't explain enough how polite, friendly and considerate they were. Not only this but they were also very tidy and cleaned up behind them at every step. The day after I also had a follow up call from the office to make sure we were happy. overall 10/10 and can't believe how simple and perfect the install went. Unit works very well.. Fitting was done all in one day and it didn't take long to fit unit. Unit was fitted very professional. no untidy wires or piping. Outside Unit fitted to wall away from Public walking by. Tidy straight pipe work outside which uses builds drains to run drain pipe.
