Like many commercial premises, Golf Electrics is situated in a metal clad industrial unit which posed a problem as to where and how to mount the outdoor condensor units. The customer was wary of vandalism and wanted the units out of reach. The metal fabrication was unable to support the weight of the units so a different solution was required.

We fitted bespoke brackets designed specifically for the installation which could be bolted onto the inside of the building. The condersor units now sit outside of the building out of the reach of potential vandals.

I had an air con unit installed a few weeks ago and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Everyone at IHT has been so kind and helpful, from the customer service people, Lee who came out and did the free quote and Sam who did the actual instal. The unit runs perfectly and very quietly and was very reasonably priced considering a cool night of good sleep is priceless to me. I can unconditionally recommend Inn-House Technology Ltd as a thoroughly excellent provider of all aspects of domestic air conditioning from initial contact, design development, through detailed site work to contract administration and on to maintenance. I speak as a hard-bitten Chartered Engineer and project manager who has probably seen it all; but Inn-House Technology has restored my faith that there is a British company which does it right to time, cost and quality. The initial site visit was by an experienced technician who has turned his hand to sales and was followed up by a further detailed visit with a staff specialist because the 4-unit multi-split installation is in a high-quality residence so that pipe concealment and silence in operation are crucial – and achieved. The two-man team left home at 0555 to arrive exactly on time for 3 consecutive days fully supplied with all the tools and plant required from their preferred but not exclusive partner supplier – Fujitsu. All indoor debris from numerous drillings was cleaned up as soon as it arose causing negligible dust- even embroidered curtains were kept in place. No shoes were worn indoors. The quality and fit of the pipework, cabling and trunking was exemplary and the indoor units were positioned exactly as specified. Outside, the wall penetrations and resealing of this Passivhaus were accurate and the heat pump connections neatly concealed by a black trunking beside a downpipe. The two installers, Jim and Sam, were professional, knowledgeable, personable, strong, agile and 100% committed to my job – not once stopping for lunch. The back-office handling of the sales, contract, procurement, invoicing and maintenance were each impeccable and the team are clearly loyal to their company which has strong systems to give quick response and confidence to the customer. The whole installation experience was an exemplar of how to run a company well and I have no hesitation at all in recommending Inn-House Technology.

Excellent and Faultless Experience with our Air Con Install. We reached out to I-HT among other Installers in the area, within a couple of hours they had made contact and arranged to visit to provide a quote within the same day. The quote was sent quickly and competitively priced. Lee who visited was very friendly and helpful and provided a good insight into what could be done and how with regards to our property. On install day we had 2 of their team pop out to complete the install and I can't explain enough how polite, friendly and considerate they were. Not only this but they were also very tidy and cleaned up behind them at every step. The day after I also had a follow up call from the office to make sure we were happy. overall 10/10 and can't believe how simple and perfect the install went.
