Mr & Mrs Brown had only recently moved into their new home in a village in Essex.
Soon after they had moved into the property they noticed that during the warmer weather, the rear of the property (south facing) was making the temperature in these rooms in the house very uncomfortable to be in. One of these rooms was their bedroom which was making sleeping in there very uncomfortable.
It is a common issue that we see on a regular basis that new build homes are insulated to such a high degree to comply with energy efficiency regulations, it can make them very uncomfortable to live in during the warmer months.
We therefore installed a cost effective wall mounted unit out the external wall within their bedroom with the outside condenser unit being sited on the adjacent outside wall.
After the installation we received an email with these kind words from Mr Brown –
