Cannot recommend highly enough.James Martin2024-05-29I can unconditionally recommend Inn-House Technology Ltd as a thoroughly excellent provider of all aspects of domestic air conditioning from initial contact, design development, through detailed site work to contract administration and on to maintenance. I speak as a hard-bitten Chartered Engineer and project manager who has probably seen it all; but Inn-House Technology has restored my faith that there is a British company which does it right to time, cost and quality. The initial site visit was by an experienced technician who has turned his hand to sales and was followed up by a further detailed visit with a staff specialist because the 4-unit multi-split installation is in a high-quality residence so that pipe concealment and silence in operation are crucial – and achieved. The two-man team left home at 0555 to arrive exactly on time for 3 consecutive days fully supplied with all the tools and plant required from their preferred but not exclusive partner supplier – Fujitsu. All indoor debris from numerous drillings was cleaned up as soon as it arose causing negligible dust- even embroidered curtains were kept in place. No shoes were worn indoors. The quality and fit of the pipework, cabling and trunking was exemplary and the indoor units were positioned exactly as specified. Outside, the wall penetrations and resealing of this Passivhaus were accurate and the heat pump connections neatly concealed by a black trunking beside a downpipe. The two installers, Jim and Sam, were professional, knowledgeable, personable, strong, agile and 100% committed to my job – not once stopping for lunch. The back-office handling of the sales, contract, procurement, invoicing and maintenance were each impeccable and the team are clearly loyal to their company which has strong systems to give quick response and confidence to the customer.
