Question: How much does an installation cost?
Answer: It completely varies depending on size of space, positioning of units, amount of windows and insulation levels. These are just some of the factors to take into account. Prices start from £1,350.00 and for residential properties there is no VAT due to the equipment’s energy efficiency.
Question: Do I have to pay for a quote?
Answer: No, we offer a free no obligation quotation
Question: Can I add more systems at a later date?
Answer: Yes, it is very easy to for additional rooms to be added to at a later date
Question: How do you know what equipment to have?
Answer: We provide a survey free of charge where we will measure the size of the area, factoring in items such as amount of glass, direction the area is facing, insulation levels etc.
Question: How long does the installation take?
Answer: This varies depending on quantity of units and complexity of installation. Normally for 1 or 2 units it would be less than a day. We always discuss this with the customer.
Question: Do you show us how to use it?
Answer: We always give a full demonstration to our customers and are also available afterwards for any queries and follow on servicing visits.
Question: Will this save me money on my heating bills?
Answer: Yes, Air Source Heat Pumps are 70% more efficient than conventional systems, thus providing the same amount of heating using less fuel, saving money on energy bills.
Question: Can I turn it on remotely?
Answer: Yes, some systems have apps that enable remote controlling of the system(s) via a smart device (mobile or tablet).

Answer: Yes, daily on and off times can be set and also overridden when required.

Answer: We offer a 5 year warranty on parts and labour as long as the systems are serviced annually.

Answer: An Air Source Heat Pump takes heat from the air and boosts it to a higher temperature through clever technology and refrigerant gases. Even when the temperature is very cold, an Air Source Heat Pump can easily operate and bring warm air into a room at -10°C. Some systems are designed and durable enough to work at temperatures as low as -25°C
