All of our installations are carried out to manufacturers recommendations. We provide a full 5 year warranty on both parts and workmanship to all of our installations. Generally other Air Conditioning installation companies will offer an initial 1 year period parts and labour warranty and then an extended 3/5 year parts only warranty.
Our office is based in Essex and our engineers are based in different locations throughout the county, this allows us to respond to customers’ requests for installations, maintenance & service quickly and efficiently.

Question: How much does an installation cost?
Answer: It completely varies and is depending on size of space, positioning of units, amount of windows and insulation levels are just some of the factors to take into account. Prices start from £1,350.00 and for residential properties there is no VAT due to the equipment’s energy efficiency.
Question: Do I have to pay for a quote?
Answer: No, we offer a free no obligation quotation
Question: Can I add more systems at a later date?
Answer: Yes, it is very easy to for additional rooms to be added to at a later date
Question: How do you know what equipment to have?
Answer: We provide a survey free of charge where we will measure the size of area, factoring in items such as amount of glass, direction area is facing, insulation levels etc.
Question: How long does the installation take?
Answer: This varies depending on quantity of units and complexity of installation. Normally for 1 or 2 units it would be less than a day. We always discuss this with this with the customer.
Question: Do you show us how to use it?
Answer: We always give a full demonstration to our customers and are also available afterwards for any queries and follow on servicing visits.
Question: Will this save me money on my heating bills?
Answer: Yes, Air Source Heat Pumps are 70% more efficient than conventional system, thus providing the same amount of heating using less fuel, saving money on energy bills.
Question: Can I turn it on remotely?
Answer: Yes, some systems have apps that enable remote controlling of the system(s) via a smart device (mobile or tablet).
Question: Can I set a timer on when it comes on and turns off?
Answer: Yes, daily on and off times can be set and also overridden when required.
Question: How long is the warranty?
Answer: We offer a 5 year warranty on parts and labour as long as the systems are serviced annually.
Question: How is it so energy efficient?
Answer: An air-source heat pump takes heat from the air and boosts it to a higher temperature through clever technology and refrigerant gases. Even when the temperature is very cold, an air source heat pump can easily operate and bring warm air into a room at -10°C. Some systems are designed and durable enough to work at temperatures as low as -25°C

Answer: Yes, due their energy efficiency the government has set a zero rate of VAT on residential installations
Question: Why is VAT not charged on residential installations?
Answer: Government cut VAT on all green energy installations to Zero %
