After many very uncomfortable night’s sleep, my husband and I decided now would be a good as time as any to invest in Air Conditioning for our bedroom and our daughters bedroom which also lies on the south facing elevation of our home.
Even from the initial contact with I-HT through to the visit with Lee for him to measure up to look at the most suitable solution to meet with our requirements, we found both Lee and the company I-HT very courteous and professional to deal with.

From the first email to the final finish and follow up calls to check everything is as expected, the service has been excellent. Great company to work with, excellent communication throughout and value for money.
After a couple of long, hot summers in our Colchester offices, I finally decided we needed to invest in air conditioning.
We looked around, trying to get our heads around what air conditioning was best, how it would work and what the costs would be. I had spoken to a couple of businesses, who were ok, but then thankfully, was recommended to IHT air conditioning by a client of ours who had used them for their offices.
From the moment we spoke to the sales team, to meeting the owner, David (who came to our offices, advised on what we needed, our options and how it would all be installed) it was nothing but professional. It is obvious IHT know what they are doing and care about their clients.
The three guys who installed the air conditioning units were very polite and quiet, working around us to ensure they were no bother.
